Service Cover
Our Optional Service Cover (OSC) covers the cost of repairs in the unlikely event of one of your purchases breaking down unexpectedly.
- Response within 72 hours
- If extensive repairs are needed we can provide loaner replacements in some cases
- Return your product at any time, for whatever reason, and pay nothing more.
- Re-claim your product (or a replacement of equivalent age and specs) up to 12 months after return and pick up from where your payments left off.
In addition to ensuring you don’t have to foot the bill for expensive repairs, Optional Service Cover can give you additional peace of mind if you’re worried about ever missing a payment. Just return your item to us and re-collect it when you can afford to continue.
Damage Liability Cover
If you don’t already have a home contents insurance policy or any alternative insurance covering hire purchase goods, BrightHouse can provide Damage Liability Cover to ensure that you don’t need to continue paying for your product if it is damaged or stolen*.
